Service Description
The Pilates method emphasizes the integration of breath with movement, precision in each exercise, and the use of specific muscle engagement to create a balanced and efficient body. The core muscles, including the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, hips, and buttocks, are particularly targeted in Pilates exercises.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations later than 2 hours (12 hours for morning classes) prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded or credited. Students with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class more than twice in 7 days without prior cancellation will have their booking access limited and will be charged RM 30.00 to reactive. Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time, class will be considered as used for class pack user.
