I have never done yoga, but can I try Ashtanga Yoga?Yes for sure! Ashtanga Yoga is known as a dynamic flow style practice, and you may not get all of it at the beginning, as the counting of the vinyasa with the specific breath and the movement together can make your body really worked out (you might give up now), but think about it is just like any other form of sports, things you do get better with time. And more importantly, this physical demanding style of yoga is best to increase your cardio, the length of your breath, and concentration.
